Sharon Chow

The lessons found on a sports field mirror those found in any great career: teamwork, resilience, and the courage to push past one’s comfort zone.

Sharon Chow serves as Head of North Asia for the Global Wealth Solutions team at KKR, where she leads a regional sales organization focused on building partnerships with private wealth platforms. With a background spanning UBS Wealth Management, HSBC Private Bank, and earlier institutional roles in client coverage and distribution across alternatives, Sharon has built her career around people, relationships, and connecting with clients.

Beyond the office, Sharon has spent more than a decade deeply involved in mentoring programs, dedicating her time to supporting students and young professionals, helping women build confidence in their early career journeys. She believes strongly in the power of guidance, community, and advocacy — values that align with empowering women and girls through sports.

Sharon is convinced that the lessons found on a sports field mirror those found in any great career: teamwork, resilience, and the courage to push past one’s comfort zone. When she’s not working or coaching young women in the Hong Kong community, she can be found spending time with her family, including her husband, three children, and a dog, reading a good book, or baking pies from scratch in the kitchen.

As a board member of WISE, Sharon is excited to bring her relationship-building skills, mentoring experience, and sense of fun to support WISE’s mission, helping girls and women find strength, confidence, and belonging both on and off the field.
