Being a WISE board member excites me as it’s an opportunity to give back to Hong Kong by empowering local teens and women. I’m passionate about fostering confidence, equity, and leadership, helping the next generation unlock their potential and drive meaningful progress in our community.

Currently the Director of People, Culture and Business Transformation at Carrefour Global Sourcing, Karen is an HR leader with global experience in transforming organizations, driving talent strategies, and shaping cultures that thrive. She has led initiatives like M&A integrations, workforce reskilling, and HR tech upgrades, always aligning people strategies with big-picture goals. Known for building strong partnerships and delivering results, she is passionate about inclusion, leadership development, and creating workplaces where people excel. Outside work, you’ll find her playing tennis, practicing yoga, hiking, or mentoring to empower women and promote gender parity.
